Juliana Ott : Saturdays 12.00-13.00 slow flow and subs
My personal yoga journey began 10 years ago, a path that allowed me to explore a variety of styles, teachers, practices, and, most importantly, to get to know myself on a deeper level. Over time, yoga became an integral part of my life, so much so that in 2022, I completed a 400-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in the Sivananda tradition. To complement this training, I pursued an additional 100 hours of advanced training in Vinyasa yoga, and now blend both styles into my classes.
In my yoga sessions, you can expect a slow yet sometimes powerful flow, followed by a mix of active and restorative static postures. These are carefully designed to not only strengthen and stretch your body but also calm your mind. Each session concludes with elements such as pranayama, meditation, and profound relaxation, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of your practice.
My approach is to provide a true respite from the busyness of daily life, a sacred space where you can turn inward, reconnect with your body, and experience a sense of calm and clarity.
